VoiceNet Announce Only/Branching Boxes

 

 

Subscriber Access:

1. Dial your the VoiceNet access number. (901-541-6066 in Memphis, 404-364-5500 in Georgia)

2. The system will welcome you and ask for a box number.  Enter your box number and *.

3. When prompted, enter your password followed by another *

VoiceNet will tell you whether you have any new messages and will give you the option to press Listen, Send, or Modify.

To Listen To Your Messages:

1. Perform steps 1, 2, and 3 described above.

2. Press L (5) for Listen

3. At the end of each message, you have several options:
    Advance, Back up, Delete, or Keep message. Press

    A (2) to Advance 8 seconds in the current message
    1 to Back up eight seconds in the current message
    K (5) to Keep the current message
    N (6) to go to the Next message.   (Pressing N will result in the current message being automatically deleted when you        hang up.
    4 to return and play the previous message
    R (7) to Reply to the current message if it is from another Anserfone VopiceNet subscriber
    T (8) to Transfer the current message to another Anserfone VoiceNet mailbox

4. When you are finished, simply hang up.

To Change Your Password:

1. Perform steps 1, 2, and 3 for Subscriber Access.

2. From the Main Selection Menu, press M (6) for Modify, then S (7) for Setup

3. Press P (7) for Password

4. Enter your new confidential password; then press *

To Change Your Outgoing Greeting:

1. Perform steps 1, 2, and 3 for Subscriber Access.

2. From the Main Selection Menu, press M (6) for Modify, then S (7) for Setup

3. Press O (6) for Outgoing Message

4. Your outgoing message will be played.  To Keep it press K (5) and you are done. To Record a new greeting, press R (7).

5. You can record your Outgoing Message as many times as necessary until you're satisfied with it.  Once you have your      Outgoing Message the way you want it, be sure to press K (5) to Keep it
