A. When your are at a FAX machine or a FAX station: 1. Dial your Message Express number. 2. When Message Express answers, press * 3. When prompted, enter your passcode, followed by another * 4. Press L (5) for Listen 5. To receive your FAX, press * on your telephone keypad, and then press START on the FAX machine 6. After receiving your FAX, press K (5) to Keep a copy of the FAX in your mailbox (if you wish to keep it), or D (3) for Delete amd then N (6) for Next Message NOTE: With voice messages, pressing N for Next Message will automatically delete the curent message. With FAX messaging, however, pressing N for Next Message will not automatically delete the FAX when you hang up. To delete a FAX, you must press D for Delete and then N for Next Message. |
