We use a database development environment written by Professional Inbound (PI).   This application allows us to design a database specifically for your company and tailor our procedure to fit your requirements.

Our preferred method of design is to observe the system currently used by your company and to emulate this system as closely as possible.  However, we can also help you design and implement a system that will allow you to provide services for your company that you didn't think were possible.  Do you need to field calls and deliver those calls to the correct person based on information the caller provides?  We can do it.   And we can deliver that information by pager, by fax, or Email.
