Priority Check-In

 

Anserfone's digital switch offers a Priority Check-in for our customers.  This automated line can tell you immediately whether you have messages even if all operators are assisting other callers.  If you have a message, it will connect you to a live operator that can read them to you.  This technology allows you never again to wait just to be told that you have no messages.

The Priority Check-in Line is:   901-541-6000 in Memphis,              678-717-2600 in metro Atlanta, north Georgia

After entering the Priority Check-in, you will be prompted to enter your account code.   All account codes are  four (4) digits.  Your 4 digit code is the last 4 digits of the number to which you forward your calls.

When we digitally page your staff, they will receive the proper account code for the emergency message that needs to be picked up.

          Example of what will be received in pager:   541-6000-xxxx
                                                                                             where xxxx is your 4 digit code

It is not mandatory to use priority check-in, but it serves as a convenience for you, our customer.  It will be exceptionally useful for those who have digital pagers and these calls are not counted as an incoming call for billing purposes.
