We use a database development environment written by Professional Inbound (PI).   This application allows us to design a database specifically for your company and tailor our procedure to fit your requirements.

Our preferred method of design is to observe the system currently used by your company and to emulate this system as closely as possible. If you are using paper forms, we design a database that reflects the basic layout of that form. If you are using computer entry, we design a database that performs in a manner as similar to your system as we can manage.
