Anserfone By Graves, Inc. is an Incoming Call Center specializing in providing answers for all of your telephone call data-capture needs.  Order Entry, Insurance Claims, Dealer Locator, or traditional Answering Service. We can do it.

We have served inbound telecommunication needs since 1949.   That's over 50 years of experience!  In those 50 years we have not stood still.  We started with telephones, moved through two generations of switchboards, and am on a third generation of computerized messaging systems.  Our current main switching system is a state-of-the-art digital Startel 5700.  All traffic is brought in on high-capacity, digital T-1 circuits.  Operator terminals access a special messaging application running on an RPX operating system or a second series of databases on a Novell LAN.  Some applications even involve our operators accessing client databases directly via HTTP internet pages.
