System

Our main answering service system is a state-of-the-art, digital Startel 5700.   All calls come in on digital T-1 circuits that provide us information on inbound calls including Caller ID (ANI.)  The system is digitally integrated with two major voice mail systems, a communication server for outbound faxing and e-mail, and seperate systems for special order taking and special services applications.

Capabilities

24 hours per day / 7 days per week.  We'll find out who's calling, what they want, and how to reach them.  We'll then page you, call you, or simply take a message which you can read or hear later.  We'll record your call so you can hear everything; your caller and our operator.  Monitor our performance.  Retrieve your messages via Voice Mail, fax, or e-mail.
